Robert E. Miller, O.D.
Dr. Miller has been in practice as an optometric physician for 26 years in Vancouver. In 1980 he opened his first office in the Cascade Park area, then opened a satellite located in his current Salmon Creek location. At one time, Dr. Miller had concurrent practices in Battle Ground, Camas, and Salmon Creek. He is currently leading his office, Salmon Creek Vision Centre, through some significant changes both in the professional setting and the retail optical business that embrace the betterment of patient care and absorb the ongoing changes in the insurance industry. Dr. Miller is past president of Hazel Dell Lions and past president of his local optometric society. Dr Miller and his wife Ele have 5 grown children and 7 grand children.

Ele Miller
Ele, Dr Miller's wife, began working in the office last year. She manages the office staff, is in charge of accounts payable,
and does all outside purchasing for the office. She is originally from the Seattle area and has been an Interior Designer in
the Vancouver area for the past 16 years.
Jackie Baugh
Jackie has been working with Dr. Miller since she moved to the area about two years ago. She has been a Dispensing Optician for about 20 years and is originally from Sun Valley, Idaho. Her specialty and her love is designing eyewear - Jackie will take the time to get to know you and recommend the best frame design to complement your face and personal style and the best lens to complement your lifestyle. With an overwhelming choice of frames and lenses, Jackie can help you narrow the search to fit your exact needs.
Jackie has two grown children and claims to be married to the most wonderful man in the world.

Venere Howell
Venere, Dr. Miller’s sister, has worked with Dr. Miller for 14 years. She has been a part of the Salmon Creek Vision Centre team for 12 years and previously worked with Dr. Miller in his Camas office for 2 years. She is responsible for the insurance billing and accounts receivables.
Venere is originally from Sheridan, Wyoming and worked in the banking industry for 18 years. She is married with three grown sons and six grandchildren. Venere enjoys traveling and playing with her grandchildren.
Brenda Fredrickson
Brenda has been working at Salmon Creek Vision Centre for the last year in accounts receivable and as a billing assistant. She worked at the Farmers Insurance regional office in Vancouver until 1995 when she became a stay-at-home mom for 10 years. Brenda was born and raised in Vancouver, she is married, and has three sons. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, exercise, and gardening. She and her husband also own A-1 truck repair LLC in Woodland, Washington.
